Complaints & Cancellation Policy
At Body & Sol you will experience an unparalleled level of service and we are so confident of this, that in the unlikely event you are unhappy about any aspect of treatment received, we will re-do or provide an alternative treatment (within 1 week of initial treatment) of equal value completely free of charge. No refunds in any circumstances. To qualify for this guarantee any problems must be reported and seen at the salon by a manager within 48 hours of the initial treatment so that we can confirm that an unsatisfactory treatment has been carried out.
In the event of a complaint Body & Sol does require the client to come in to Body & Sol within 48 hours of the treatment being carried out so we as a company can talk to you in person to see the condition of the complaint ourselves. We will not make commitments simply over the phone.
If we agree an unsatisfactory service has been performed, we will offer to book in a re-do or provide you with a giftcard. The original service will not be refunded. Body & Sol will not give cash, cheque or credit card refunds for any reason for any services. We will work with you to resolve the complaint to your satisfaction.
BODY & SOL Cancellation Policy
Once you have made your appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. Short notice cancellations are difficult to fill, so please give at least 24 hours notice (and more if you can) if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. This will allow us to offer your empty time slot to another client.
Please note that if you do not attend your appointment and have not given us notice, then a cancellation fee of half the treatment cost that you have booked will be payable.
